After upgrading to Windows 10, specifically the Creator’s build 1703, users have noticed a significant delay when changing lyric slides. A google search will reveal many reports of this problem (across many applications).
It occurs when rendering text with a large font size.
Fortunately there is a solution: either a tweak to the Presenter display settings or a Windows performance setting.
